This child was never abducted. Her mother left because she was being abused physically by Kassis father Jason Gill. Janelle picked kassi up for the weekend originally and at Jason's home she videotaped kassis bedroom in the basement with dog and cat feces all over, and garbage through the house. Piles of mountain due and beer cans all over, mould all over bathrooms and the kitchen. She took kassi to the hotel she was staying at and put her in the bath. Sheopened kassis bag to get clothes and there was a ball of dirty mold covered smelly clothes in it. She sent me her fiance to the mall to buy new clothes. When I returned she said we had to take Kasdi to the hospital. She had a horrible rash on her privates. We went to the hospital and they said horrible infection inside and a rash outside both from bad hygiene. I called my brother in Connecticut; a neurosurgeon for the cia and asked him what we should do. He said he would see if CT would step up to the plate with the proof we had. He called me back in minutes and said bring her to Hartford right now. We packed up the car and left for CT. The judge met us after hours at the courthouse with a clerk. They heard her case and my witness testimony. He then revieqwd the video of Jason's home and text messages. Some of him telling her he was sorry be. Eat her up again... And then Janelle saying she would never come back after he hit her in front of kassi the day she left. Then we had a video I taped if kassi when we got to the hotel showing how excited she was and another of Janelle asking her if she knows why she left. Kassi answered I remember you told me before if be ever hit you in front of me you would leave. I saw him again and I know you left. But you promised if you left you would come back for me and you did. The judge then asked me to go out and get kassi who was waiting with my brother outside the courtroom and showed her the .I'd do of her room. He said I just want to ask you what this video shows...do you know where this is? She said that's my bedroom. He said that's all I wanted to know sweetheart thank you. Lasso went out he said in giving you full custody of your daughter. If he wants to fight about it or PA wants to fight about it they cam bring there fight to Connecticut. We walked out in 20 no tues with custody paperwork. Then Jason flipped out when we let him know we were not bringing her back. And created this entire abduction b.s.. Does no one find it odd he even says on his write up the police seem to think she is fine where she is? Or the fact that kassi was enrolled in school and had her on government issued medical insurance the last 9 years?
