Chase Cook from Medford, Oregon is missing. Chase's truck was last seen 6/28/12 near Williams on Highway 238. It was parked on the side of the road for 4 days, either broken down or out of gas. It was tagged for towing by the state. A neighbor called the police and positively ID'd the plates, but the truck moved before the police arrived.
