I have not updated Sky's Tarot but I have put below all things/directions that connect to him at any stage of events or may be connected to other people who are/were associated with him. I hope this is useful in some way.

The Sammamish River Trail skirts the Army Corps of Engineers river that connects Lake Sammamish to Lake Washington. It connects to the East Lake Sammamish Trail at Marymoor Park and runs north through Redmond, the Bicycle Capitol of the Northwest, past Chateau St. Michelle, Columbia, and other wineries, Redhook Brewery and Wilmot Park in Woodinville, Blythe Park and Bothell Landing in Bothell, and meets up with the Burke-Gilman Trail at the top of Lake Washington in Kenmore to round out the famous Lake Washington Loop. It serves as the "interstate" for bicycle commuters not allowed to cross Lake Washington on SR 520 between Seattle and the Eastside. It hosts many walking, running, and charity events such as the American Lung Associaton Seattle Marathon.

(The gal who took the photo at Sammamish State park - noted on her web site that she was on the trail at Sammamish State park.
Close proximity to the picnic grounds.
Knowing this, I don't need to go all over.
Based on Sky Metawala's reading, I am attempting to narrow down where Sky's body may be.

Sky's body was on land, but has immersed into the water.
So if the Sammish River along the park, if downstream empties into the main channel - his body is more and likely on the bottom of the Lake adjacent to the Model Airfield.
We are looking at the starting point location from NE Marywood Way (there's your NE) down to where the river dumps into the main channel of the Sammamish River.
"THE ANGEL" could not be found with the Pickering Barn Location.
It's close proximity to Julia and Solomon Metawala's apartment
