Hello Everyone!
Whew! we made it! we are now officially '2020 ers' !! we also walk into a lot of 'difficult' news.
The terrible devastation in Australia with the bush fires and the loss of many animals, homes and sadly some people too, the very tense situation with POTUS and Iran and in the UK the latest news is that our Prince Harry and his wife the Duchess have decided to step back from royal duties to decide their own futures not to mention the lined up Brexit at the end of January.
Quite a lot to take in for 20/20 already? you bet! What you all need to do is go and google Saturn and Pluto Conjunct Capricorn because that is what the heavens have lined up for this 2020 and 'it aint that pretty'. Well, in some respects this conjunction, ( which believe me is EXTREMELY powerful) could bring some things for the better but equally......perhaps not. It has been said that this conjunction has never been lived through before ie those two planets conjunct Capricorn in our lifetimes. The last time it showed up was in the 1500's. I bet you cant wait to google what happened in those times? Here are some events from that 100 year period!

Quite a lot to take in? absolutely! maybe some of that history was not expected either so...lets remember what PLUTO is about. Pluto is thought of as the life/death planet that has no mercy and is all about Transformation....kind of getting rid of the old for the new , regenerating or simply CHANGING things. SATURN is simply the THINKING planet but also the STERN planet that tends to be a bit harsh about matters. Neither one of them sounds great does it? and as for Capricorn well, what famous Tarot card has Capricorn attached to it? if you didnt know it.....
Here it is , the Devil card which also happens to be Number 15 in the Tarot Deck. In this card you might think its scary, but those two people who are chained up do not seem to be chained too tightly do they? MAYBE they can get OUT of those chains if they wanted to. Maybe they just got used to being in them? obviously what they are chained to may not be nice, after all the Devil is looking over them but if it was SO BAD wouldnt the picture show them struggling or looking very distressed?
Its a kind of clue to tell you that things DONT HAVE TO BE BAD - YOU CAN BE RESPONSIBLE TO CHANGE IF YOU WANT TO. These two can escape but maybe it got too co dependent or maybe there were too many things they liked or got used to that make them stay in that situation. There are lots of different ways of interpreting this card depending on the spread and the question but its interesting that this card does represent Capricorn and we are in a cycle of it along with Saturn and Pluto.
CLEARLY this year SOME THINGS HAVE GOT TO CHANGE. BUT we are the ones that have to adjust or accept that change or MAKE that change or maybe things are just gonna change for us where we dont have a choice?
Obviously I will try to look into some of the NEWS items with Tarot but my message in this post is to WELCOME you into 2020 and tell you to have a bit of a 'dont be surprised' type of attitude because this year in particular is asking you to LET GO of some things and in other advice perhaps to accept a few things too. I hope that if you dont care much about the planet Earth because it is way too much fun with the new Christmas Iphone to keep you amused that you put it down and start to look around you. DONT FORGET TO LOOK UP....as well as around. We live on a beautiful planet..I just dont know what it takes for people to appreciate how absolutely beautiful it really is instead of doing things that deplete it. Alas, we cannot force people to see their wrong doing sometimes until it is too late. I hope that we find out that it is NEVER too late to do the right things.
For now take care and be prepared for a very rollercoaster ride this year and much more bumpy than normal.

UPDATED 19 SEPTEMBER 2020.
I had to return to this post! We are now in September and we have all had the most TERRIBLE year watching COVID19 rip through the world and destroy so many peoples lives and business. Plans for parties/get togethers/weddings and just general what would be thought as normal movement has been HALTED.
If you read back you will see I talked about the DEVIL card for this year! yes we certainly have had to make some changes and we might not have had any choice in it. Its been really hard for people the world over. I knew when I saw the astrology that it would not be a picnic! Life may have changed for good in some areas and we might have to accept that much. I want you to understand that The Devil can be a really sarcastic card more than anything. It scuppers you and then sits back and sees how your going to deal with stuff. For example, with Covid19 we are asked to Social Distance but some people do not do that so there is a consequence for it. The Devil just allows you to make the choice. Of course he is about MIRTH so its a bit like saying..do what you want but you will suffer the outcome not me. Its also like handing you a lot of good things and then they are just a little out of reach. Its a teasing card in a way - a frustrating card too as it binds us to issues but at the same time again, we have that choice not that it does us good in the long term. It puts people in situations they dont want to be in but to change them or go against them might not be in their best interest either. What a Catch 22 eh? Note also that Capricorn is a card for WORK - we all know that this has been affected ...dont we?
We all find ourselves in situations that are so much more difficult then they used to be. It is times like these that we need to adjust our way of thinking and even seeing situations. We are perhaps forced to look at the things we are grateful for - the people that we love - the friends that surround us - the nature that is in our own back yard. Nobody can sit down now and say that life is the same - it is not and this year is not yet over! When you look out the window the birds are flying into the gardens or into the trees as if nothing has happened at all - the flowers you planted have now grown, so have the trees and shrubs - its all as beautiful as you would have hoped when you planted and maybe you have taken time to appreciate how lovely it all is. If you have nature on your doorstep you might have felt the same thing because we have all had to take more notice of our own surroundings once the 'busy' has been diluted in our lives.
So many peoples lives are BUSY. They dont do things because they are TOO BUSY. They dont connect with family and friends or appreciate them because they are TOO BUSY. We can find a hundred things where we are too busy to either contemplate or consider and now we are confronted with a time that is forcing us to see that being BUSY is actually NOT as important as the simple things. Once these things that keep you TOO BUSY are taken away or just not happening on the same demand then its almost like your eyes have been opened.
Perhaps - this is what we all needed? Perhaps there was so much entertainment and things to do that we just forgot how to just BE ALIVE and BREATH?
I will need to look at the rest of this year so I will take some time out to see if there is any good advice to offer so please look out for that post.
Meanwhile, LOVE YOUR LIFE, LOVE EACH OTHER, LOVE THIS PLANET.
