 UPDATE - WINSTON, Ore. -- Authorities say the missing Winston man has been found, and they are investigating the death as a suicide. Authorities say that Douglas County Search & Rescue members were conducting ground searches in the area of the green bridge near Pepsi Road on Sunday at around 1:30 pm, when they found a body submerged in 4-5 feet of water. Officials identified the body as that of Brandon Scott Bell, 26. Authorities are investigating his death as a suicide. The Sheriff's office says Bell's family has been notified.
