With so few answers, family friends said that Abby's mother feels a bigger reward could make a difference.
“For those who know the family, it’s almost been surreal,” said Paul Kirsch, a family friend. “For the family itself, it’s devastating.”
On Thursday the family released a new photo, the last picture taken of Abby hours before she disappeared.
