  Police Looking for At Risk Missing Person

The San Francisco Police sent out the following request tonight:

The San Francisco Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in
locating an at risk missing person.

Paulo Netto is visiting San Francisco from Los Angeles

On 10/28/13 at approximately 11 PM, Netto called relatives in Brazil and a friend in Los
Angeles indicating he was in trouble. Netto stated he was being followed and needed police assistance. That was the last known contact from Netto.
