KANSAS CITY (AP) - A body found submerged in a pond northeast of Kansas City has been positively identified as a 20-year-old Kansas City man who had been missing for more than two weeks. The Kansas City Star reports the Clay County Sheriff's office announced Wednesday the body had been confirmed as Robert Seth Walter, who was last seen Aug. 3 in Kansas City.
