Charlene Morgan-Hankins, 55, of Tennessee, missing since August 7, 2013, was found Monday in Boone County. Hankins had ties to Logan and Mingo Counties and had been seen visiting someone in Trinity Health Care at Logan. West Virginia State Police found her vehicle over the weekend in the Twilight area of Boone County. Members of the Van Fire Department began searching the area Sunday night. An all terrain vehicle (ATV) rider found Hankins Monday morning. Reports say she was dehydrated, but in good condition.
