ROBERT MANNING - MISSING ALERT

Robert is 47, white, 6ft, of stock build with blue eyes, grey balding hair and he has marks on his head. He was last seen leaving his home in Herne Bay wearing a blue padded jacket. Walks along seafront Robert usually has a strict routine, which involves walking along the seafront at Central Parade, Herne Bay, and visiting family in the area. Mr Manning lives in Selsea Avenue and did not return home. Kent Police and those who care for Robert are concerned for his welfare due to the adverse weather conditions and rough seas. Robert has not been seen since 4pm on Monday and was reported missing at 11pm. Can you help?
