CONNIE KLOMP
Connie Klomp, 56, was last scene by her daughters Saturday, July 14, in the 400 block of 31st Street, said Huntington Police Detective Rob Stinnett. They describe her has having mental issues. This is the third time she has been reported missing.
A local church spotted Klomp on Sunday, July 15, at Harris Riverfront Park. Stinnett said somebody from the church provided Klomp a ride to Ironton at her request.
She was later picked up by the Ironton Police Department and taken to King's Daughters Medical Center. Hospital officials released her eight hours later. Klomp hasn't been seen since, Stinnett said.
A passerby reportedly found Klomp's clothing and purse Tuesday, July 17, at the park. Police found no blood on the clothing, and therefore do not suspect any foul play.
Anyone with information about Klomp's whereabouts should call 911 or 304-696-4420.
