William was last seen with his half brother on 26th September 2005, at approximately 10:00 p.m. leaving the vicinity of the 1700 block of Linn St. in Cincinnati, OH. He has a surgical scar on his right arm, on the right side of his chest and on the inner and outer side of his left knee.
He has a tattoo on his upper left arm of a photo of a woman with "RIP" above the tattoo and a date of "8-4-2001 or 2002" below the photo. The tattoo may also have the name "Charlene Roland" below the date.

DION AKEMON
Dion was last seen with his half brother, William Roland (also missing), at approximately 10:00 p.m. leaving the vicinity of the 1700 block of Linn St. in Cincinnati, OH. He has pierced ears, full dentures, a previously fractured arm and gunshot scars on his lower back.
